Toronto, Ontario, June 2015: Summer Kitchen rolls out a warm and spicy welcome to all Pan AM athletes and visitors with its launch of 2 new winning products: Authentic Chimichurri Steak Sauce and Piri Piri Chili Garlic Portuguese Sauce. In true Mary Fabiano fashion, both these products deliver wholesome tantalizing flavours made with pure, natural, and simple ingredients.
According to Daniel Norte, an Argentinean expat and the founder of The Hispanic American Film Festival, Summer Kitchen’s Authentic Chimichurri Steak Sauce captures the national flavours of Argentina. He quips, “I actually pass it off as my own homemade concoction, it’s that good!”
Nicolette Beasley, an expat from South Africa and owner of Healthy
Gourmet Gifts says, “We take our Piri Piri seriously and this has just the right balance of tang, heat and full bodied flavour that we know and love. Delicious!”
Both sauces, the Authentic Chimichurri Steak Sauce and the Piri Piri Chili Garlic Portuguese Sauce resonates authenticity and are must-slather-on condiment for any kind of poultry, beef pork ribs or shrimp. But Mary Fabiano wants everyone to learn to trust their own cooking senses and says, “Don’t limit yourself to putting them on just steak or chicken, but instead let your taste buds guide you.”
Piri Piri is the Swahili word for hot. Summer Kitchen pays homage to Piri Piri’s African roots, and suggests that you take a page out of their recipe book and add your own personal touch with extra herbs such as thyme, basil or oregano. Add melted butter or even bacon fat, a little known secret ingredient, for an authentic African taste.
Summer Kitchen offers more sizzle for your barbequing this summer season!
